L.E.A.D. with KCPA - Sessions 1 and 2

Please join us for L.E.A.D. with KCPA (Leadership Exploration and Development):  a 4-part leadership training series through Johnson County Community College ("JCCC").  Sessions 1 and 2 are currently open for registration.  Classes can be taken individually at $15/session, or register for both and pay $25.  Each class is 2 hours and can be attended virtually or in-person.  Those completing all 8 hours of training during 2023 will receive a participation certificate from JCCC.

Session 1:  Principles of Leadership - March 2, 2023 from 12 to 2 p.m.

Description from JCCC:  "Leadership means setting goals, lighting a path, and persuading others to follow.  Learn how to adapt your leadership style to meet every individual's needs.  This course for leadership development is designed to help you create and accomplish your goals and to help lead others to get extraordinary things done."

Session 2:  StrengthFinders 1 - Getting to Know YOU, April 20, 2023 from 3 to 5 p.m.

Description from JCCC:  "Do you have the opportunity to do what you do best every day?  Chances are, you don't.  All too often, our natural talents go untapped.  From the cradle to the cubicle, we devote more time to fixing our shortcomings than to developing our strengths.  This assessment gives an in-depth analysis of your strengths and will help you understand how each of your top five themes plays out in your life, both professionally and personally, so you can build and apply your strengths and fulfill your potential."
